  • How to Find a Virtual Care Provider

You have lots of options for virtual care with U of U Health Plans. Follow these steps to find a virtual care provider.

    • Step 1: Open the provider search tool
Click “FIND A DOCTOR” at the top of this page or click this link. You can also access the provider search tool when you are logged into the member portal.
    • Step 2: Enter your information
Choose your network from the dropdown menu. If you aren’t sure what network you have, check your ID card. If you are logged into your member portal account, your network will be automatically selected.
You can enter your location info if you’d like. Or you can leave that part blank to see all your options.
    • Step 3: Select telemedicine
At the bottom of the provider search page, select “Telemedicine Servies.” Then click “Search Providers.”
    • Step 4: Narrow your search
On the left side of your screen, you can choose filters to narrow your search. For example: under the specialty dropdown menu, you can choose from a list of services. Once you have selected your filters, scroll to the bottom of the side menu and click “Search.”
This step is easy to miss. You must hit “Search” to update your results. After that, you’ll see providers who offer virtual visits under your plan.
