Machine Readable Files

On or before July 1, 2022, University of Utah Health Plans will publish machine-readable files on this publicly available website. The files provide pricing data for covered items and services based on in-network negotiated payment rates as well as, out-of-network allowed amounts. As a requirement, the The machine-readable files are available free of charge and accessible without a requirement for the user to establish an account and/or password. In addition, no personal identifying information such as name, address, phone number or email will be gathered or required for accessing the machine-readable files.
