Tips to Stay Healthy During the Holidays

  1. Keep Hands Clean
    • Pack hand sanitizer in your purse and used it regularly. Cold viruses tend to spread more from direct contact than through airborne droplets.
  2. Stay Hydrated
    • Keep hydrated by drinking plenty of water every day. Drinking enough water can improve your immune system and prevent you from getting sick.
  3. Snack Wisely
    • Pack healthy snacks in your bag to help you snack throughout the day and avoid overeating.
  4. Rest Up
    • Protect your immune system and physical stress by getting at least eight hours of sleep per night.
  5. Treat yourself
    • Are you feeling stressed and overwhelmed this holiday? Reduce stress in both your mind and body by scheduling a massage.
