Tier 1 – Carson Tahoe Health Network

As a reward for using services provided by CTHS and Affiliated providers, you will have lower copayments, a lower deductible, and your coinsurance will be reduced by 10%. Not all medical services are available in tier 1, please refer to your plan document.
