Welcome to Healthy U Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is a state health insurance plan for children without other insurance.
It provides:
- well-child exams
- immunizations
- doctor visits
- hospital
- emergency care
- prescriptions
- hearing and eye exams
- mental health services
- dental care
Preventative services (well-child visits, immunizations, and dental cleanings) do not require a co-pay.

We offer free help from interpreters who speak your language. We can also give you written information in your language and in other formats (large print, audio, electronic, and other formats).
