As a U of U Health Plans member, we want you to be the first to experience a visit from your smartphone, computer or tablet — available 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week.

Members of our community should never feel they must face a mental health challenge alone. University of Utah Health Plans and UNI have teamed up to provide crisis response programs that aim to provide immediate behavioral therapy access. From a fast-acting Mobile Crisis Outreach Team to The Warm Line, which offers a compassionate voice on the other end of the line, U of U Health Plans members have access to a safety net when they need it most.

For Any Mental Health Crisis:
Licensed clinicians provide services 24/7 for crisis intervention & suicide prevention

For Prompt, Face-to-Face Crisis Response:
UNI Mobile Crisis Outreach Team consultation & support to individuals & families within Salt Lake County and Davis County. Triaged through the UNI CrisisLine.  Youth & adult services teams are available 24/7.

U of U Health Plan members can call our Access Assistance line to help find a provider, transition to an in-network provider or schedule an appointment.

Moving from a different network and need a medication refill? We can help you locate a provider in your neighborhood or a location of your choice.
