Choosing a Primary Care Provider (PCP) is not required, however, we strongly recommend you select one from your provider directory.
Healthy U reminds you that you should only see providers listed in the directory. Talk to your Primary Care Provider about seeing a specialist, or call Provider Referral Services at (801) 581-2897 or (800) 662-0052.
We know it may be hard to understand what your doctor is telling you if your first language is not English. Healthy U will get an interpreter to help you over the phone or in person at your medical appointments. To get an interpreter call Members Services at (801) 587-6480 or (888) 271-5870.
